It's been about 8 hours now...anyone know when then shard will be back up?

Here is some info on the skill base and cast base of the shard.

Skill Cap : 820
Stat Cap : 325
Damage Increase (DI) : 100
Hit Chance Increase (HCI) : 45
Lower Mana Cost (LMC) : 45
Faster Casting (FC) : 4
Faster Cast Recovery (FCR) : 8
Spell Damage Increase when in a PvP Battle : 25
Total Elemental Resist : 70
