Spellcrafting and runic attributes

It's been about 8 hours now...anyone know when then shard will be back up?

What are the max amounts of attib u can put on an item with spellcrafting? And will it stack with runic attib.?

3 is the max soo if u have an item with 5 things on it you cannot add more...spell crafting is very powerful..soo we are using it to make a crappy item good..

Hello, I believe I saw the answer on the forum but I cant find it anymore. Is it possible to get runnic sewing kit / hammer by killing monsters?

Not quite. Dull Copper Elementals do spawn without the gargoyle's pickaxe... I have found those hammers to be pretty unimpressive when used, though.
